Hlavním cílem práce je v rovině teoretické ilustrovat tradici multikulturní výchovy na území České republiky, která vychází z ideje multikulturalismu, včetně jejích možností a limitů (noetických, epistemologických i etických). Zvláštní pozornost v teoretické části věnovala autorka definici klíčových slov a deskripci vybraných determinant, které se podílejí na formování postojů k multikulturní výchově. V rovině empirické je cílem diplomové práce zjistit, zda existují rozdíly v postojích studentů pedagogických oborů k multikulturní výchově.The main objective of this thesis is to illustrate the tradition of multicultural education in the Czech Republic in theory. It is based on the idea of multiculturalism, including its possibilities and limitations (noetic, epistemological and ethical ones). In the theoretical part, the author pays special attention to the definition of keywords and the description of selected determinants that are involved in the shaping of attitudes towards multicultural education. The aim of the thesis regarding the empirical level is to find out whether there are differences in the attitudes of Pedagogy students on multicultural education.
