Díky globalizaci dochází k postupnému rušení hranic mezi kulturami. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá psychologickými aspekty interkulturních partnerských vztahů. V teoretické části jsou nejprve vymezeny základní pojmy s vazbou na interkulturní kontext, dále nabízí pohled na samotný počátek těchto vztahů, komunikaci mezi partnery a na daná specifika, se kterými se v interkulturním vztahu mohou jedinci potýkat. Následoval kvalitativní výzkum, jehož cílem je popsat, jaká specifika se v interkulturním partnerském vztahu vyskytují, jak je jednotlivci vnímají a jak se s nimi vypořádávají. Sběr dat se uskutečnil na základě šesti polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s českými zástupci interkulturního vztahu. Analýza dat z přepsaných rozhovorů byla provedena pomocí metody vytváření trsů. Výsledky výzkumu poukazují na dané fenomény, které se v interkulturních partnerských vztazích vyskytují.As a result of globalisation, the borders that once stood between cultures now serve as bridges for the delectation of diversity between people of different cultures and ethnicities. This bachelor thesis deals with the psychological aspects of intercultural romantic relationships. The theoretical framework introduces crucial terms and describes early stage of intercultural relationship, the way how they communicate and the unique issues associated with intercultural romantic relationships. The empirical part of this thesis is based on qualitative research strategy. Data was collected by using a semi-structured interview with six individuals of Czech nationality involved in the mixed relationship. To answer the research questions, we used the cluster analysis. The aim of this study is to describe the perception and experience of partners involved in intercultural romantic relationship and to detect how they deal with their challenges.
