(183 131 znaků) : il. + 1 CD ROM. -- Ved. práce Milan Horňáček. -- Oponent Jörg Krappmann. -- Abstrakt: Tato diplomová práce se zabývá reakcemi na vypuknutí První světové války v německy psaných periodikách z Čech a Moravy. Podrobně zkoumá reakce v pražském deníku ,Prager Tagblatt', brněnském ,Brünner Tagesbote' a olomouckém periodiku ,Mährisches Tagblatt'. Práce se zaměřuje na časový interval od atentátu na následníka trůnu Františka Ferdinanda d'Este a následné tři měsíce po této události. K analýze byly vybrány články, které se zabývají společenským vnímáním vypuknutí války a jejím vlivem na tehdejší společnost. Stěžejním aspektem této práce se stala otázka patriotismu v Čechách a na Moravě v rámci odlišných národností v Rakousku-Uhersku. Z analýzy těchto článku byl sestaven obraz, který neodráží pouze tehdejší společenskou situaci, ale i postoj tisku k tomuto válečnému konfliktu a nazírání na českou národnost a její vlastenecký postoj k Habsburské monarchii. Závěrečné srovnání zároveň ukazuje společné nebo naopak rozdílné rysy ve vnímání války a Čechů z pohledu těchto analyzovaných německy psaných periodik.. -- Abstrakt: This diploma thesis is concerned with the reactions of the German-language journals from Bohemia and Moravia to the outbreak of the World War I.. It inspects in a great detail reactions in Prague journal ,Prager Tagblatt' and in periodicals from Brno and Olomouc, called ,Brünner Tagesbote' and ,Mährisches Tagblatt'. The work focuses on the time period since the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria, heir presumptive to the Austro-Hungarian throne, and the subsequent three months after this event. For the analysis have been selected the articles, which deal with the social perception of the war and its influence on the society at that time. The key aspect of this thesis became the question of patriotism in Bohemia and Moravia among the different nationalities of Austria-Hungary. An image created from the analysis of these articles shows not only the social situation, but also the position of the press to the outbreak of this conflict. It also pays attention to the Czech nationality and its patriotic attitudes to the monarchy. The final comparison shows common or contradictory characteristics in the perception of the war and Czechs from the perspective of these analysed German-language periodicals.
