Diplomová práce na územní aspekty výkonu práva myslivosti se zaměřením na ochranu vlastníků pozemků je členěna do pěti základních částí. První vymezuje základní pojmy práva myslivosti a územní omezení. Druhá popisuje vlastnické právo. Třetí státní správu myslivosti včetně rozdělení jednotlivých pravomocí, které zákon těmto orgánům svěřuje. Dále právu myslivosti a jeho zakotvení. Čtvrtá stěžejní část se věnuje problematice honitby, jejího vzniku a změny. Pátá část se věnuje zejména kolizi mysliveckého práva a práv vlastníků pozemků, na kterých je tato činnost vykonávána.The diploma thesis on the territorial aspects of the exercise of the right of hunting with a focus on protecting the landowners is divided into five basic parts.
