Kounice (1654-1705), Maxmiliána Oldřicha Kounice-Rietberga (1679-1746) a Václava Antonína Kounice-Rietberga (1711-1794). Prostor je věnován jak samotnému chovu Kouniců a jejich koním, tak roli koně v životě raněnovověkého šlechtice.. -- Abstrakt: The aim of this thesis is to describe the representative site of horse-breeding in the Early Modern Times in the example of the Kaunitz family, namely Leo William of Kaunitz (1614-1655), Dominic Andrew 1st of Kaunitz (1654-1705), Maximilian Ulrich of Kaunitz and Reitberg (1679-1746) and Wenceslaus Antonius Kaunitz and Reitberg (1711-1794). The thesis is focused on their own horse-breeding and their thoroughbred horses as well as on the role of the horse in the life of an aristocrat in the Early Modern Times.
