Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací studentů CARITAS - Vyšší odborné školy sociální Olomouc oboru Sociální a humanitární práce. Cílem je určit jejich motivaci pro výběr destinace budoucí zahraniční praxe a zjistit, jestli jsou jejich motivy altruistické nebo egoistické. Práce obsahuje teoretickou, metodologickou a analytickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá definicí motivace, charakteristikou CARITAS VOŠs Olomouc a popisem mechanismu zahraničních praxí. Metodologická část popisuje průběh konání výzkumu, na který dále navazuje analytická část. Výsledky jsou interpretovány v diskuzi a následně shrnuty v závěru práce.This thesis deals with the motivation of students CARITAS - College of social work Olomouc course of social and humanitarian work. The goal is to determine their motivation for choosing future destination of foreign practice and find out if their motives are altruistic or selfish. The work includes theoretical, methodological and analytical part. The theoretical part concerns a definition of motivation, characteristics CARITAS - CSW Olomouc and description of foreign practices. The methodological part describes the process of the research, which is followed by an analytical part. The results are interpreted in discussion, subsequently summarized in the conclusion.
