Lobbing v České republice je v posledních letech probíraným tématem. Ovšem i když je probíraným tématem v očích české veřejnosti se občas jedná o sporný pojem. Někteří si pod lobbingem představí něco negativního, například to, že lobbing jde ruku v ruce s korupcí, ve které je Česká republika na nelichotivém místě v mezinárodním žebříčku. Druhou skupinou jsou lidé, kteří nahlížejí na lobbing pozitivně, s tím, že si myslí, že lobbing má pozitivní dopad na například legislativní procesy. Dokonce někteří si myslí, že lobbing je něčím, bez čehož by nešlo fungovat. Výše zmíněné okolnosti se budu ve své práci snažit osvětlit a popsat. Nejprve se zaměřím na charakteristiku lobbingu obecně, následně to stejné provedu u pojmu korupce. V další kapitole se zaměřím na regulaci lobbingu ve Spojených státech amerických, které ji celkem úspěšně zavedli. Ve své poslední kapitole se budu zabývat regulací lobbingu v České republice. Popíši zde navrhované zákony, týkající se právě otázky lobbingu a následně zmíním, jaká na ně byla stanoviska vlády.Lobbying in the Czech Republic in recent years is discussed topic. But even if the topic is discussed by the Czech public, sometimes in controversial way. Some people consider lobbying as negative issue, for example, lobbying goes hand in hand with corruption, in which the Czech Republic on an unflattering place in the international ranking. The second group are people who look upon lobbying positively, that thinks that lobbying has a positive impact on, for example, legislative processes. Even some think that lobbying is something without which it would not work. The above-mentioned circumstances, I will try in my work to illuminate and describe. First, focus on the characteristics of lobbying in general, then do the same with the concept of corruption. The next chapter will focus on the regulation of lobbying in the United States, which it quite successfully implemented. In his last chapter, I examine the regulation of lobbying in the Czech Republic. I will describe the proposed laws on lobbying issues now and then mention what they were opinions government.
