Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na alternativní tresty ukládané mladistvým. Cílem teoretické části je bližší seznámení s problematikou alternativního trestání u mladistvých. V teoretické části bude použita metoda shromažďování a vyhodnocování informací z odborné literatury a dalších zdrojů. Výzkumná část bude realizována využitím kvalitativního výzkumu, konkrétně případových studií. Zaměřím se na náhodně vybrané mladistvé a jejich případy, které popíši a poté porovnám vybrané znaky. Cílem empirické části je zjistit, zda a za jakých okolností se u mladistvých ukládají alternativní tresty, zda páchání trestné činnosti ovlivňuje rodinná nebo osobní anamnéza či zda mají mladiství delikventi horší výsledky ve vzdělání.This work focuses on the alternative punishments imposed on juveniles. The aim of the theoretical part is a more intimate acquaintance with the problems of the alternative punishment for juvenile. In the theoretical part the method of collecting and evaluating information from specialized literature and other resources will be used. The empirical part will be realized through qualitative research, specifically case studies. I will focus on the randomly selected adolescents and their cases that I will describe and then compare the selected characters. The aim of the empirical part is to determine details about imposing alternative sentences to juveniles. After that I focus on questions whether to commit a crime affects a family or personal anamnesis, or if the teenager has worse results in education.
