Tato přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá komplexní problematikou intrauterinní růstové retardace plodu. V první kapitole jsou popsány podmínky, které musí novorozenec splňovat, aby byl označen za fyziologického. Druhá kapitola se zabývá definicí, klasifikací, etiologií, klinickým významem a incidencí, screeningem, diagnostikou, léčbou a doporučenými postupy pří péči o těhotnou s intrauterinní růstové retardace plodu. Třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na to, jaký vliv má IUGR na další postnatální vývoj.This review bachelor´s thesis deals with komplex issues of intrauterine growth retardation. The first chapter describe the conditions that newborn must fulfill to be indicated as physiological. The second chapter deals with the definition, classification, etiology, clinical significance and encidence, screening, diagnosis, treatment and recommended procedures for the pregnant woman with intrauterine growth retardation. The third chapter focuses on the influence of IUGR on other postnatal evolution.
