Bakalářská práce zpracovává formou rešerše problematiku cervikokraniálního syndromu. Úvodem definuje tento syndrom, popisuje klinické příznaky a objektivní testy s diagnostickou platností, které by měly být rozpoznány a vyšetřeny z pozice fyzioterapeuta. Součástí vyšetření je diferenciální diagnostika od bolestí hlavy z jiné příčiny, které se svými příznaky mohou podobat cervikogenním bolestem hlavy. Práce obsahuje doporučené léčebné postupy s ověřeným pozitivním dopadem, které může fyzioterapeut použít. Na základě uvedených znalostí jsou formulovány možnosti hodnocení terapie. Uvedeny jsou subjektivní dotazníky týkající se intenzity a kvality bolesti, vyplněné pacientem, spolu s objektivním měřením a testy.The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of cervicocranial syndrome by means of literature search. At the beginning the syndrome is defined and clinical symptoms altogether with objective tests having diagnostic validity, which should be recognized and investigated from the physiotherapist's point of view, are described. Part of the examination is formed by headache differential diagnosis due to other causes, which may in terms of symptoms resemble cervicogenic headache. The thesis contains recommended medical procedures with an evidence-based positive impact that may be used by a physiotherapist. On the basis of mentioned facts therapy assessment options are formulated. Subjective questionnaires relating to pain intensity and quality, that were completed by a patient along with the objective measurement and testing, are then presented.
