Bakalářská diplomová práce se zabývá pracovní rehabilitací lidí s duševním onemocněním v sociálně - terapeutické kavárně Fokus Mladá Boleslav. Cílem práce je charakteristika role kavárny Fokus v procesu pracovní rehabilitace. Práce je rozdělena na pět kapitol. První kapitola popisuje diagnózy duševního onemocnění, které spadají do cílové skupiny občanského sdružení Fokus Mladá Boleslav. Druhá kapitola vymezuje principy psychiatrické rehabilitace a druhy pracovní rehabilitace. Třetí kapitola se věnuje posláním, cílům a rehabilitačním programům občanského sdružení Fokus Mladá Boleslav. Čtvrtá kapitola je zaměřena na proces pracovní rehabilitace klientů v sociálně - terapeutické kavárně Fokus. Předmětem páté kapitoly je výzkumné šetření, pro které byly zvoleny kvalitativní a kvantitativní výzkumné strategie, konkrétně technika rozhovoru a sekundární analýza dat. Výsledkem práce je evaluace procesu pracovní rehabilitace klientů kavárny, kteří po ukončení rehabilitačního programu v r. 2011 nalezli uplatnění na otevřeném trhu práce a zmapování úspěšnosti umístění klientů kavárny na otevřeném trhu práce v období od roku 2005 do roku 2012.The bachelor thesis is focused on the vocational rehabilitation of people with mental illness in the sheltered café Fokus Mladá Boleslav. The aim of the thesis is to describe the position of cafe Fokus Mladá Boleslav in the process of vocational rehabilitation. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter describes the client target group of civic association Fokus Mladá Boleslav in the terms of diagnosis of mental illness. The second chapter is focused on the principles of psychiatric rehabilitation and types of vocational rehabilitation. The third chapter is dedicated to the mission, goals, and rehabilitation programs in the civic association Fokus Mlada Boleslav. The fourth chapter focuses concretely on the process of vocational rehabilitation in the sheltered café Fokus. The subject of the fifth chapter is a survey using qualitative and quantitative research strategies, specifically the interview technique and secondary data analysis. The result of the thesis is to evaluate the process of vocational rehabilitation of clients in cafe, who completed the rehabilitation program in 2011 and found the job in the open labor market, and to map the effectiveness of employment of clients in the open labor market in the period from 2005 to 2012.
