Práce je zaměřena na pojetí antisystémovosti se zaměřením na podstatu KSČM. Hypotéza, že současný charakter KSČM neodpovídá profilu typické antisystémové strany podle typologie G. Capoccii, která ohrožuje demokratický systém a současně má polarizační efekt na funkci stranického systému je prokazována/vyvracena na jednotlivých proměnných ? vztahu KSČM k minulosti, postoji k lidským právům a demokratickým hodnotám a postoji k EU a NATO. Práce je členěna na dvě části, část teoretickou a empirickou. V teoretické části je vysvětlen pojem antisystémovosti a antisystémové strany, postoj vybraných českých politologů k výkladu pojmů G. Sartoriho a G. Capoccii. Další část se zabývá historií KSČM a analyzuje jednotlivé proměnné. V práci se nepodařilo potvrdit ani vyvrátit stanovenou hypotézu, vzhledem k ?dvojí tváři? strany.This thesis is focused on the concept of antisystemness with the focus on the nature of the KSČM. The hypothesis which presumes that the current nature of KSČM does not match the profile of the typical antisystem party in accordance with the typology of G. Capoccia is justified/vyvrácena by the following variables ? relationship to the past, the position of the KSČM for human rights and democratic values and attitude towards the EU and NATO. The work is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the empirical part. The theoretical section explains the concept of antisystemness and antisystem party, the position of the selected Czech political scientists to the interpretation of the concepts of G. Sartori and G. Capoccia. The next section covers the history of the KSČM and individual variables. In the thesis it was unable to confirm or refute the stated hypothesis due to the "double face" of the party.
