Charakterizuje stredný vek a zmeny ktorými dospelý jedinec v tomto období prechádza. Vymedzuje pojem kríza, identifikuje príčiny jej vzniku, typy kríz, ich priebeh a charakterizuje krízu stredného veku ako typický príklad vývojovej krízy. Identifikuje tiež spôsoby vyrovnávania sa s krízou stredného veku a možnosti jej riešenia. Vymedzuje formy neformálnej i formálnej pomoci v kríze, navrhuje možnosti a identifikuje limity andragogickej intervencie pri prekonávaní krízy stredného veku.. -- Abstrakt: The work reflects the influence of the middle age crisis on the adult in his middle age. It defines the middle age and changes the adult comes through in this period. It specifies the crisis, identifies the reasons of its origin, types of crises, its course and defines the middle age crisis as the typical example of the evolution crises. Also it identifies the ways of coping with the middle age crises and the possibilities of its solving. It specifies the ways of formal and informal assistance in crisis, suggest the possibilities and identifies the limits of andragogy intervention during the getting over the middle age crisis.
