V rámci diplomové práce vznikly dvě části, teoretická a praktická část. V teoretické části vznikl přehled nejvíce používaných socioekonomických deprivačních indexů, kde byl popsán i postup při vzniku a vzorec pro výpočet. V praktické části byly sestrojeny 4 indexy socioekonomické deprivace pro území Olomouckého kraje. Byl popsán samotný výpočet jednotlivých vstupních faktorů a také popis konstrukce jednotlivých indexů. Dále vznikl toolbox DEPR_INDEXY, který obsahuje nástroje pro výpočet jednotlivých indexů pro území obcí a ORP. Následně pak byly provedeny korelační analýzy pro zjištění závislosti jednotlivých indexů a vybraných infekčních onemocnění.The diploma thesis has two part, the theoretical and practical part. In the first part of thesis was created a theoretical overview of the most commonly used index of socioeconomical deprivation with their input factors and formula for calculating deprivation indexes. In the practical part was construed four socioeconomical deprivation indexes for municipality and for district of Olomouc region. It was created toolbox DEPR_INDEXY. The toolbox contains eight tools for calculation socioecnomical deprivation indexes. They were divided into tools for municipalities and district of Olomouc Region. The text section is then shown how to proceed in preparing the input table of factors. It was created eight maps of socioeconomical deprivation indexes. In the analytical part of this work were evaluated the relationship of selected infectious diseases and socioecnomical deprivation indexes in the Olomouc region. Correlation analyses were used to compare depedence.
