Diplomová práce zjišťuje pomocí dotazníkového šetření současný stav přípravy studentů středních zdravotnických škol v oblasti informačních a komunikačních technologií pro jejich celoživotní vzdělávání. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část stručně popisuje vývoj počítače a internetu, statistické vyhodnocení přístupu domácností a jednotlivců k informačním a komunikačním technologiím v letech 2003 - 2006 v ČR. Analýza situace je podložena citovanými částmi zákona č. 96/2004 Sb., zákon o nelékařských zdravotnických povoláních, a zákona č. 561/2004 Sb., školský zákon. V praktické části jsem statistickými metodami vyhodnotila výsledky dotazníkového šetření. Na jeho základě jsem analyzovala schopnosti studentů využít získané znalosti a dovednosti ze zkoumané oblasti, porovnala jsem odpovědi žáků a vyučujících na stejnou problematiku a srovnala mezi sebou výsledky jednotlivých škol, které se zúčastnily výzkumu. Na závěr jsem na základě získaných informací vyvodila manažerská doporučení pro výuku tohoto předmětu s cílem zvýšit úroveň informační gramotnosti cílové skupiny a zvýšit efektivitu využití technického zázemí i možností časového horizontu ve stávajících podmínkách zkoumaných subjektů.The thesis analyses the present state of secondary school students' approach to using information and communication technologies for their long studies on the basis of the opinion poll. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part briefly describes the history of the computer technology and internet development, and the statistical evaluation of the household and individual use of the information and communication technologies in 2003 - 2006 in the Czech Repblic. The analysis is supported by quotations from Act No. 96/2004 Collection of Law, on non-medical healthcare professionals, and Act No. 561/2004 Collection of Law, the Education Act. The practical part evaluates the poll by using statistical methods. On the basis of the statistics, the work analyses students' skills to use their acquirements and knowledge in their researches, and compares the students' and teachers' answers to the same issue, and confronts the poll results of the particular schools, which have been participating in the research. Lastly, on the basis of the information required, the thesis suggests a possible management of teaching with the aim to increase the computer literacy of the target group and to increase the efficiency of the use of the technical facilities in the current conditions and time horizont.
