Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku pomáhajících profesí v dětském domově. Teoretická část se zabývá základním posláním dětského domova, legislativou jim užívanou, osobnosti pedagogického pracovníka, zejména pak profesí sociálního pracovníka. V praktické části jsou zjišťovány vykonávané aktivity tvořící pracovní náplň sociálních pracovníků Moravskoslezského kraje v průběhu jednoho týdne. Praktická část rovněž sleduje osobní postoj sociálních pracovníků ke své profesi.This diploma thesis focuses on the issues of assisting professions in children's homes. It consists of two parts. The theoretical part foreshadows the research performed in the practical part. The theoretical part deals with the fundamental role of children's homes, the legislation they follow and the personality of pedagogical workers. It particularly focuses on the professions of social workers. The practical part of this thesis examines activities which constitute the job of several social workers during one week. The research was carried out in the Moravian - Silesian Region. This part also attempts to monitor the approach of social workers to their profession.
