Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice nízkoprahových zařízení pro děti a mládež. Teoretická část definuje pojem NZDM, zařazuje jej do systému sociálních služeb, popisuje jeho vývoj, poslání a cíle a vymezuje platnou legislativu. Charakterizuje cílovou skupinu, popisuje příčiny rizikového chování a definuje pojem delikvence. Dále přibližuje charakteristická vývojová stádia dětí a mládeže z hlediska biologického, psychologického a sociálního. Seznamuje nás s odborným týmem NZDM, definuje požadavky na jejich vzdělání a uvádí další nutné předpoklady pro výkon daného povolání. Závěr teoretické části nastiňuje proces individuálního plánování a uvádí nás do problematiky Standardů kvality poskytování sociálních služeb. Cílem empirické části je prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření zjistit spokojenost uživatelů a pracovníků ve vybraných nízkoprahových zařízeních pro děti a mládež ve Zlínském kraji, formou ankety zjistit povědomí cílové skupiny o NZDM a realizací rozhovoru s pracovníky poukázat na důležitost existence NZDM jako službu sociální prevence.This diploma thesis deals with drop-in centers for children and youth. The theoretical part defines the term drop-in center for children and youth, classifies it in the system of social services, describes its development, function and aims, and delimits the valid legislation. This part characterizes the target group, describes the causes of risky behavior and defines the term delinquency. It also covers the characteristic development periods of children and youth from biological, psychological and sociological perspectives. Next, the professional staff of the centers is described along with the qualifications and states other requirements to carry out the relevant jobs. The conclusion of the theoretical part outlines the process of the individual planning and introduces us to the field of quality standards for providing of social services.The aim of the empirical part is to examine the satisfaction of clients and workers in chosen centers by using a questionnaire in the region of Zlín, to examine the general awareness of a target group by using a survey and to point out the importance of such drop-in centers for children and youth as a service of social prevention by interviewing the staff.
