Bakalářská práce předkládá nejnovější světové poznatky v léčbě dětí s vrozenou vadou dolních končetin pes equinovarus congenitus v novorozeneckém a batolecím období. Seznamuje s možností léčebných metod dle Ponsetiho, Kita a Francouzské funkční fyzioterapeutické metody, a porovnává jejich vědecké poznatky. Fyzioterapie je nedílnou součástí multidisciplinárního týmu a efektivita léčby je na ní závislá. Cílem této práce je vyhodnocení nejefektivnějšího přístupu.The bachelor thesis presents latest universal findings in treatment of children with congenital clubfoot defect at neonatal and toddler age. In the thesis, possibilities of treatment methods by Ponseti, Kite and The French functional physiotherapy method are introduced and their scientific findings are compared. Physiotherapy forms an integral part of the multidisciplinary team and the effectiveness of the treatment depends on that. The objective of this thesis is to assess the most effective approach.
