Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zpracovat recentní informace o spoušťovém bodu - Trigger Point, jeho patogenezi a patohistologii, a to na základě nejnovějších studií. Konkrétně v oblasti patogeneze je cílem rozlišit faktory vzniku Trigger Point: periferní či centrální (nebo obojí). Tato práce nejdříve pojednává o anatomii a fyziologii kosterního svalu i přídatných svalových orgánů. Dále se věnuje definici Trigger Point, jeho klasifikaci, symptomům, příčinám a mechanismům vzniku, histologické struktuře. Na to navazují informace o možnostech diagnostiky, metodách terapie a její úspěšnosti. Pro úplnost tématu je práce uzavřena částí, která se zabývá nejčastějším výskytem Trigger Point. Diskuse porovnává jednotlivé názory na patogistologii a patogenezi Trigger Point.The aim of this bachelor thesis was to process the current information about the Trigger Point, about its pathogenesis and pathohistology; and that on the basis of the newest studies. Specifically, the main aim of pathogenesis was to distinguish the factors that give rise of Trigger Point: peripheral or central (or both). First, the thesis process the theoretical information about the anatomy and physiology of a skeletal muscle and additional muscle organs. Then, it deals with the definition of the Trigger Point, its classification, symptoms, causes and mechanisms of the origin, and its histological structure. This is followed by the information discussing the possibilities of the diagnosis, the methods of the therapy and its successfulness. For completeness? sake, the thesis is closed by the part dealing with the most common occurrence of Trigger Point. The discussion compares individual opinions on the pathohistology and pathogenesis of Trigger Point.
