Magisterská diplomová práce se zabývá rolí České republiky v rámci Společné zemědělské politiky Evropské unie od jejího vstupu v roce 2004 po současnost. Ve svém výzkumu vycházím z teorie liberálního intergovernmentalismu, který klade do centra integračního procesu jako hlavního aktéra stát. Tato teorie je zvolena právě proto, že se ve své práci zaměřuji na roli jednotlivého státu v rámci integrace v oblasti zemědělství, v tomto případě ČR. Cílem této případové studie je analyzovat možnosti ČR při prosazování svých zemědělských zájmů na evropské úrovni. V práci je popsán vývoj SZP ve zkoumané období, který je východiskem pro identifikaci případů, kdy došlo ke kolizi s českými zemědělskými zájmy pro následnou hlubší analýzu. Druhým východiskem jsou samotné české zemědělské zájmy a výzkum strategických a koncepčních dokumentů českých vlád v této oblasti. Jak jsem již zmínil tyto dvě části poskytují východisko pro hlubší analýzu obhajoby českých zemědělských zájmů ve zkoumaném období. Tato analýza mi následně pomohla identifikovat jakou roli má ČR ve SZP. Tato práce také nabízí pohled na současný vývoj vyjednávání o reformě SZP po roce 2013, ve kterých se projevují závěry ke kterým jsem dospěl v rámci předchozí analýzy role ČR ve SZP.Master thesis deals with the role of Czech Republic in the Common Agricultural Policy of European Union from the accession in 2004 until nowadays. I use the theory of Liberal Intergovernmentalism in my research, in which is in the centre of integrational process as a main actor the state. This theory is chosen because in my research I focus on the role of the single state within the integration in agricultural sector in CR in this case. The goal of this case study is to analyze possibilities of CR in enforcement of its agricultural interes on European level. I describe development of CAP during the examined period, what is the base for identification of the cases when the Czech agricultural interests were threaten which I later analyze. Second base for my analysis is research of the Czech agricultural interests and strategic documents of Czech governments in this field. As I mentioned efore these two part sof the thesis are the base for deeper analysis of enforcement of Czech agricultural interests during examined period. This analysis provides also look at current development of bargining about reformo f CAP after 2013, in which is possible to find conclusions that aIreached in the analysis of the role of CR in CAP.
