Bakalárska práca mapuje a zisťuje efektivitu vybraných manažérskych techník a ich aplikáciu v škole. Cieľom bakalárskej práce je overenie aplikácie vybraných manažerskych techník a ich efektivita pri riadení školy. Teoretická časť sa zaoberá históriou školského manažmentu a jeho vývojom až po súčasnosť. Zároveň popisuje úlohu riaditeľa v škole a jeho kompetencie. Zameriava sa na využívanie manežerských techník a zamýšľa sa nad ich efektívnym využitím. Empirická časť sa zaoberá vyhotovením použitých metód na zistenie efektivnosti využívania manažerských techník riadireľom školy. Vyhodnotenie je využité k vytvoreniu odporúčania, či aplikované techniky ponechať a naďalej využívať, alebo navrhnúť manažerske techniky, ktoré budú pre školu efektívnejšie.This bachelor´s works maps surveys the effectivity of chosen managerial techniques and their applications in school. The aim of this work is the verifying of the application of chosen managerial techniques and their efficiency when managing school. The theoretical part deals with the history of school management and its developlent till today. At the same time it describes the role of the headmaster at school and his competence. It concentrates on using the managerial techniques and their effective utilization. The empirical part deals with the evaluation of the used methods to find the effectivity of managerial techniques used by the headmaster. The evaluation is used to create recommendations, whether to keep the applied techniques or suggest ohter managerial techniques, with would be more effective for school.
