Práce je přehledovou studií, podávající celkový pohled na problematiku domácího násilí na dětech v českém prostředí, v sociálním, psychologickém a legislativním kontextu. Jejím cílem je popsat současný systém a řešení pomoci dětem, které jsou domácím násilím ohroženy a to nejen z pozice přímé oběti, ale také z pozice svědka domácího násilí v rodiném prostředí. První částí práce je popsána charakteristika dané problematiky, včetně uvedení jejích znaků, příčin, důsledků, rizikových faktorů a základního legislativního ukotvení. Druhá část práce obsahuje konkrétní prvky prevence, diagnostiky a rozbor systému pomoci, který je dán do souvislosti se složkou policejní, jurisdikční a nestátním sektorem.This thesis is an overview study providing an overall perspective on the issue of domestic violence on children in the Czech Republic, in a social, psychological and legislative context. Its aim is to describe the current system and to offer a solution for children who are affected by the threat of domestic violence, not only as a direct victim but also as a witness of such violence in the family. The first part of the thesis describes the characteristics of the issue in question including the specification of its signs, causes, consequences, risk factors and basic legislative background. The second part contains specific elements of prevention, diagnostics and an analysis of the system of aid which is put into relation with the police, judicial system and non-government sector.
