Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zkoumáním přístupu žen k preventivním gynekologickým prohlídkám. Cílem práce je zjistit motivy vedoucí ženy k podstupování pravidelných gynekologických prohlídek, zjistit, zda ženy ví na jaká vyšetření mají v rámci preventivních gynekologických prohlídek nárok, zjistit, jaké faktory ovlivňují ženy při výběru gynekologa, zda zlepšení edukace pomůže změnit přístup žen k pravidelným gynekologickým prohlídkám a také jaká je úroveň informování žen o prevenci nádorového onemocnění prsu a děložního čípku v ordinacích gynekologa. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část práce se zabývá poznatky o intimní hygieně ženy, preventivní péči pro ženy týkající se prsou, genitálu a děložního čípku, obsahem a popisem gynekologické prohlídky a metodami antikoncepce. Praktická část práce je věnována výzkumu za pomocí dotazníkového šetření, které bylo provedeno v okresu Vyškov. Zjištěné údaje výzkumného šetření jsou zpracovány do tabulek a grafů. Výsledky výzkumu jsou shrnuty v diskuzi a závěru.This bachelor thesis is focused on an investigation of womens? approach to the preventive gynaecological checkups. Target of this thesis is to investigate the motives leading women to undertake periodical gynaecological checkups and to find out if they know what specific type of checkup they should undertake as a part of the preventive gynaecological checkups. Furthermore, this thesis will define the influencing factors involved in the decision making process of gynaecologist selection and find an answer to the question if an improved education may help to change the womens? approach to the regular gynaecological checkups and what is the womens? knowledge in respect of the prevention of breast tumour diseases as well as suppository uterine diseases. This bachelor thesis is subdivided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part of the thesis will analyze the findings from the personal hygiene research, preventive care in regards of the breasts, genitals and uterine suppository as well as a description of gynaecological checkup and contraception methods. The practical part of this thesis is devoted to a research and investigation through a questionnaire, which was performed in the district of Vyskov. Datas and findings collected from this investigation are summarized into the respective overviews and charts. The results and definitions are presented in the final discussion and conclusion.
