Práce se zabývá francouzsky psanými texty se společenskovědní a naukovou tematikou, které jsou uloženy v knihovním fondu arcibiskupské zámecké knihovny v Kroměříži. Jejím východiskem jsou rešerše realizované v prostorách knihovny. Zaměřuje se na především na cestopisy a geografickou literaturu, všímá si rovněž publikací o kulinářství. Stěžejní část práce tvoří soupis knih těchto oblastí, v rámci kterého jsou jednotlivé tituly podrobeny analýze a stručně charakterizovány.This diploma thesis deals with a French books of social and other sciences in the collection of archiepiscopal chateau library in Kroměříž. The research works executed in the chateau library are the basis of this thesis. It is focused especially on the travel books and geographical literature, it attends to the publications about culinary art as well. A list of books which fall into these domains formes the majority of the work. Each volume is analyzed and concisely described.
