Přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty s implantovanými venózními porty, které se v současné době stávají častou volbou při nutnosti zajištění dlouhodobého žilního vstupu převážně u onkologických pacientů. V práci jsou uvedeny základní informace o žilních portech, indikace a kontraindikace jejich zavedení, ošetřovatelská péče o nemocného před, během a po zavedení portu. Jsou zde prezentovány komplikace, prevence jejich vzniku a řešení, zajímavé kazuistiky a zahraniční studie. V příloze je uveden publikovaný standard ošetřovatelské péče a možné ošetřovatelské diagnózy u pacienta se zavedeným žilním portem.Overview thesis deals with the nursing care of implanted venous ports that are currently becoming a popular choice for the need to ensure long-term venous entry mainly in cancer patients. The paper provides basic information about venous ports, indications and contraindications for their application, nursing care of the patient before, during and after the introduction of the port. They are presented here, complications, prevention of their formation and resolution, interesting case studies and international studies. The Annex provides published standards of nursing care and possible nursing diagnoses in patients with implantable venous port.
