Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů s tracheostomií, se kterými se bohužel v poslední době čím dál tím více setkáváme. Teoretické část práce je shrnutím základních informací ošetřovatelské péči o pacienta před a s tracheostomií. Praktická část je průzkumným šetřením ke zjištění úrovně znalostí a zkušeností sester v oblasti péče o pacienta s tracheostomickou kanylou, které pracují na plicní, neurologické a onkologické klinice FN Olomouc. Dále je zaměřena na zjištění vybavenosti těchto klinik materiálním a technickým vybavením a informovaností sester týkající se problematiky péče o pacienty s tracheostomickou kanylou.Bachelor work is aimed at nursing care problems in patients with a tracheostomy with which we unfortunately are coming into contact with more often. The theoretical portion of the work is combined with fundamental knowledge of nursing care for patients before and with tracheostomies. The practical portion investigates the level of knowledge and experience of nurses in the area of patients with tracheostomy tubes, which work in the pulmonary, neurological, and oncological clinics in Olomouc. Further, the practicum is aimed at better understanding the technology and equipment within those clinics and how those nurses are informed about the care of patients with tracheostomy tubes.
