Bakalářská práce se zabývá informovaností žen o prekancerózách děložního čípku, jejich rizik a možných důsledků. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část zahrnuje informace z odborných publikací týkajících se daného tématu - informace o anatomii ženských pohlavních orgánů, rizikových faktorech prekanceróz, diagnostice, léčbě a prevenci rakoviny děložního čípku. Praktická část analyzuje získané údaje z výzkumného dotazníkového šetření, který zjišťoval míru informovanosti respondentek žijících na znojemském okrese o dané problematice. Diskuze je zaměřena na konfrontaci výsledků práce s dalšími výzkumnými šetřeními. V závěru jsou zhodnoceny cíle a výsledky výzkumného šetření.This bachelor´s thesis deals with women´s informedness of suppository uterine precancerous changes, its risks and possible consequences. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part includes information from specialized publications relating to the given subject ? information on female genital organs anatomy, risk factors of precancerous changes, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of suppository uterine cancer. The practical part analyzes the data acquired in a survey which checked respondents´, living in the Znojmo district, informedness of the given issue. The discussion is aimed at confrontation of the thesis results with results of other surveys. At the close the objectives and results of the survey are analyzed.
