Bakalářská práce se věnuje profesní etice v porodní asistenci. Přispívá k odpovědi na otázku, jakým způsobem řeší etická dilemata porodní asistentky při výkonu své profese. Nabízí přehled etických dilemat, věnuje se jejich vzniku a způsobu řešení. Odpověď na výzkumnou otázku byla získána kvalitativní metodou prostřednictvím rozhovorů na základě analýzy odpovědí byly popsány dilemata v denní praxi porodní asistentky jakým způsobem je vnímají a co ovlivňuje jejich rozhodování.This bachelor thesis focuses on the professional code of conduct in birth assistance. The aim of the present paper is to describe the resolutions of the potential ethical dilemmas, faced by the birthing assistants. It describes the ethical dilemmas and explains their cause as well as possible solutions. Data for this study were obtained through qualitative research with the help of interviews. The results, based on the analysis of the conducted interviews, provide insight in daily dilemmas of birthing assistants, also the various perceptions of these dilemmas and the factors affecting the decisions.
