Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematiku nozokomiálních infekcí na jednotkách intenzivní a resuscitační péče pro novorozence. Jedním z cílů teoretické části bylo shrnutí poznatků o nozokomiálních infekcích novorozence, popsání septických stavů a to vše se zaměřením na přiložené kazuistiky. Praktická část bakalářské práce vede k rozpoznání zdroje nozokomiální infekce na Jednotce intenzivní a resuscitační péče ve Fakultní nemocnici Olomouc a přehledně zobrazuje tabulky s daty a grafy zánětlivých markerů, které vedou k časnému rozpoznání infekce způsobené Serratií marcescens.The bachelor thesis deals with the issues of nosocomial infectoins in intensive care and resuscitation of the newborn. One of the objectives of the theoretical part is the general knowladge of neonatal nosocomial infections, septic conditions and describe it all with focus on the accompanying case studies. The practical part of the thesis leads to the identification of source of nosocomial infections in the Intenstive care and resuscitation care at University Hospital in Olomouc and display a table with data that lead and chart sof inflamatory markers to early detection of infection cause by Serratia marcescens.
