Bakalářská práce se zabývala diagnostikou nálezů akutních netraumatických onemocnění mozku na CT v regionální nemocnici. Teoretická část se věnuje principu výpočetní tomografie, konstrukci a strategii vyšetření, postupem vyšetření na CT, použití kontrastních látek a postprocessingem. Dále se zabývá diagnostikou CMP, primárních a sekundárních tumorů. Praktická část se zabývala informacemi z dat pacientů od ledna do prosince 2010 z RDG odd. nemocnice Hranice, které byly vyčleněny podle pohlaví, věku a druhu nálezů. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, které akutní netraumatické onemocnění mozku se vyskytuje nejčastěji, a kterou věkovou kategorii podle pohlaví postihovalo nejvíce.The bachelor thesis dealt with the diagnosis of the acute non-traumatic findings on CT brain disease in the regional hospital. The theoretical part deals with the principles of computed tomography, construction and strategy of scans, the testing the procedure on the CT, the use of contrast agents and postprocessing. It also deals with the diagnosis of the stroke, primary and secondary tumors. The practical part dealt with the information from the patient data from January to December 2010 of the Radiology Department of the Hranice hospital, which were allocated by sex, age and type of findings. The aim of this thesis was to determine which non-traumatic acute brain disease is most common, and which gender and age group affects most.
