Segmentová technika reflexní masáže dle Dalicha a Gläsera je léčebná masážní technika k ovlivnění druhotně vzniklých reflexních změn v povrchových tkáních a k odstranění přenesené bolesti. Účinkuje přes dráhy autonomního nervového systému. Cílem diplomové práce bylo podrobné studium původních pramenů autorů této techniky, zasazení segmentové techniky reflexní masáže do kontextu moderní vědy a zhodnocení možností jejího využití v současné rehabilitaci. Práce podává přehled o mechanismu účinku segmentové techniky reflexní masáže, provedení masážních hmatů a sestav a popisuje široké spektrum indikačních skupin. Obsahuje také přehled typických reflexních změn pro jednotlivá onemocnění a konkrétní léčebný postup.The segmental reflex massage by Dalicho and Gläser is a massage technique for the treatment of secondary reflex changes in soft tissues and for the relief of referred pain, which is transferred by the autonomic nervous system. This bachelor's thesis is a detailed study of the original publication by Dalicho and Gläser. We examined it through the prism of modern science and assessed its contribution to modern rehabilitation. In the thesis we describe the mechanism of how segmental massage works, the basic strokes and a wide range of indications. We give an overview of the typical reflex changes and the appropriate massage techniques in different diseases.
