CÍLE: 1)Cílem tohoto otevřeného sledování bylo stanovit základní famakokinetické veličiny CSA a jeho dvou primárních metabolitů AM1a AM4N v souboru pacientů s revmatoidní artritidou a dalšími revmatickými chorobami po prvním podání a za podmínek ustáleného stavu. . 2) zhodnotit účinnost terapie CSA v podskupině pacientů s revmatoidní artritidou. 3)Posoudit vliv tříměsíční léčby cyklosporinem na renální testy a hladinu draslíku u revmatologických nemocných a na hodnotyOBJECTIVE: The objective of this research was 1) to investigate the single-dose and steady-state pharmacokinetics of CSA and two main primary metabolites AM1 and AM4N in patients with rheumatic diseases. 2) to evaluate the effect of CSA therapy in rheumatoid arthritis patients. 3) the influence of cyclosporine treatment on renal function tests and plasma kalium levels in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and other rheumatic patients, treated with cyclosporine during 3 months period. The impact of cyclosporine treatment on blood pressure using ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM).
