Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pevných kontaktních čoček. Je zde popsán vývoj pevných kontaktních čoček, od historie až po současnost. Dále jsou popsány materiály používané na výrobu a výroba pevných čoček, která je zaměřena na soustružení. Velká část práce se věnuje designu, aplikaci a péči o pevné kontaktní čočky. Závěr práce je věnován jejich specifickému použití.The bachelor´s thesis deals with the issue of rigid contact lenses. There is described the evolution of rigid contact lenses, from history to the present. The following describes the materials used in the production and manufacture rigid lenses, which is focused on turning. Large part of work is devoted to design, application and care for rigid contact lenses. The conclusion is devoted to their specific use.
