Práce se zaměřuje na vzájemný vztah akomodace a refrakce. V úvodní kapitole popisuji optický systém oka, refrakci a refrakční vady. Rozsáhlá část práce pak pojednává o akomodaci včetně postupů jejího měření. Konkrétně v druhé kapitole jsou popsány složky akomodace, mechanismus akomodace, změny amplitudy akomodace s věkem a taktéž patologické poruchy akomodace. Ve třetí kapitole uvádím postupy měření amplitudy akomodace, relativní akomodace, akomodační snadnosti a akomodační odezvy. Dále práce obsahuje samostatnou kapitolu shrnující souvislost mezi akomodací a refrakcí. Experimentální část se věnuje měření amplitudy akomodace. Porovnává se zde amplituda akomodace s brýlovou korekcí a s korekcí kontaktními čočkami.The thesis focuses on the interrelationship of accommodation and refraction. The introductory chapter describes the optical system of the eye, refraction and refractive errors. A large part of the thesis deals with the accommodation, including methods of measurement. Concretely, in the second chapter are described the components of accommodation, the mechanism of accommodation, accommodative amplitude changes with age and also pathological disorders of accommodation. In the third chapter I present methods for the measurement of amplitude of accommodation, relative accommodation, accommodative facility and accommodative response. Further the thesis includes a chapter summarizing the relationship between accommodation and refraction. The experimental part deals with the measurement of amplitude of accommodation. It compares the amplitude of accommodation with spectacle correction and contact lens correction.
