Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, první část je teoretická, druhá je praktická. V teoretické části práce popisuji historii a původ Romů, tradici a kulturu Romů, zabývám se identifikací bariér bránících integraci Romů. Dále popisuji metody sociální práce, sociální služby a specifika sociální práce s Romy. Na konci teoretické části popisuji charakteristiku romské komunity ve Valašském Meziříčí. Praktická část se zabývá výzkumem problematiky soužití a začleňování romských dětí a mládeže do života a společnosti ve Valašském Meziříčí. Tato část obsahuje výzkum technikou dotazníku, který se skládá z 25 otázek. Na konci práce jsem uvedla výsledky dotazníkového šetření a vypracovala analýzu výzkumu.The thesis is divided into two parts, the first part is theoretical, the second is practical. The theoretical part describes the history and origin of the Roma people, tradition and culture of Roma people and also I deal with the integration of Roma people into society. Then I describe methods of social work, social services and specific social work with Roma people. At the end I describe the characteristics of the Roma community in Valasske Mezirici. The practical part deals with research on the problems of coexistence and integration of Roma children and youth in the life of the Valasske Mezirici. This section contains the research a questionnaire, which consists of 25 questions. At the end, I describe results of a survey and prepare an analysis of research.
