Tato práce se zabývá užíváním anglicismů žáků základní a střední školy. Práce obsahuje část teoretickou, která se zaměřuje na adaptaci anglicismů v češtině, popisuje tento jev z historického a jazykového hlediska. V praktické části práce jsou uvedeny výsledky dotazníkového průzkumu, jež byl proveden na základní škole a gymnáziu. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jestli žáci a studenti umějí správně použít anglicismy v českém kontextu. Dotazník se zabývá i postojem žáků a studentů k angličtině a přejímkám z ní. K práci je přiložen i dotazník zaměřený na anglicismy, který žáci a studenti vyplňovali. Práce je zakončena vyhodnocením informací, jež jsem získala z dotazníku.This thesis deals with the usage of Anglicisms by the pupils of elementary school as well as the students of secondary school. It is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the adoption of Anglicisms in the Czech language, describing this phenomenon in both historical and linguistic terms. The practical part is based upon research which includes data from questionnaires, completed in a particular elementary and secondary school. The aim of the thesis is to investigate whether the pupils and the students are able to use Anglicisms in the context of the Czech language properly. The questionnaire is also concerned with the attitude of the pupils and the students towards English and the loanwords of English origin. The attachment of the thesis contains a questionnaire about Anglicisms, which was filled in by the pupils and the students. The conclusion brings the assessment of data and other information which were obtained through this questionnaire.
