Práce se zaměří na hlavní vývojové milníky a události, které ovlivnily vztah mezi armádou a izraelskou společností od roku 2000 po provedení operace Lité olovo v roce 2008. Cílem práce je prokázat proměnlivost vztahu mezi společností a armádou v závislosti na změnách politického vedení a identifikovat dopady těchto změn na vnímání postavení armády ve společnosti.The aim of this thesis is to focus on the key developmental milestones and events that affected the relationship between the army and Israeli society since 2000 to the operation Cast lead in 2008. The target is to demonstrate the changing relationship between society and the military in response to changes in political leadership and to identify the impacts of these changes on the perception of the status of the military in society.
