Předložená diplomová práce je rozdělena na tři části. Teoretická část popisuje teoretická východiska systému řízení zahrnující popis systému řízení, vývoj jednotlivých systémů managementu a prostředí řízení. Značnou část je věnována dílčím oblastem řízení - plánování, organizování, vedení a kontrole. Ve druhé, analytické části, je provedena analýza systému řízení Baťa a JZD Slušovic včetně jejich vzájemného porovnání. Ve třetí, návrhové části, je vytvořen návrh instruktážní příručky pro implementaci systému řízení ve společnosti XY, který je následně zpracován ještě v podobě samostatné publikace, jež je přiložena k této práci.The objective of the submitted thesis is to create an instruction manual for implementation of management system in company XY. The purpose of the proposed manual is to identify reserves in existing management system of the given company and to determine a process of their redress and elimination, or creation of completely new, so far unexisting enterprise management system. At the same time this manual will serve as a controlling tool for realization of the stated process and particular steps towards implementation of the management system. This manual results from findings obtained by analysis of the Baťa's Management System and the management system of a collective farm JZD Slušovice. The thesis is divided into 3 parts. In its theoretical part the author deals with theoretical grounds of management system, including description of management system, development of particular management systems and the management environment. The second part of the thesis is formed by the analysis of management systems of Baťa and JZD Slušovice. In the third part the author creates a suggestion of instruction manual for implementation of management system in company XY that is further processed in the form of independent publication attached to this thesis.
