Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou organizační kultury středního odborného učiliště. Na základě identifikování jejích silných a slabých stránek byla navržena opatření pro změnu organizační kultury. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou objasněny pojmy kultura, funkce kultury, organizační kultura, typy kultur, silná a slabá kultura, kultura školy, model organizační kultury, prvky kultury, změna kultury, diagnostika organizační kultury. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou organizační kultury konkrétní školy, analýzou dokumentů, rozhovorů a pozorováním prvků školy, vyhodnocením dotazníkového šetření a návrhem opatření pro změnu organizační kultury.This bachelor thesis analyses the organizational culture at a vocational school. This submitted thesis identifies the strong and weak points of the particular school and develops disposal strategy for changing the organizational culture. The thesis is structured into two parts. The theoretical part defines terms such as; culture, functions of culture, organizational culture, types of culture, strong and weak culture, culture of a school, model of organizational culture, elements of culture, the cultural changes, diagnosis of an organizational culture. The practical part of the bachelor thesis analyses the organizational cultures of a particular school. The thesis analyses the school documents, analyses a questionnaire study, analyses interviews and observation research of particular elements of schools. This thesis draws the line for changes in organizational culture of the school.
