Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou současné image organizace. V teoretické části jsou objasněny pojmy: image, druhy image, image školy, komponenty image školy. Objektem zkoumání se stalo Střední odborné učiliště. Respondenty byli zvoleni studenti, rodiče a zaměstnanci školy. Nástrojem pro sběr primárních údajů byl dotazník, jehož výsledky byly vyhodnoceny a zaznamenány do sémantického diferenciálu. V závěru práce jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky výzkumu a nastíněny možné kroky ke zlepšení současného stavu.This bachelor thesis analyses the contemporary image of an organization. In the theoretical part of this piece of work there are defined terms such as: image, kinds of image, image of school, components of school image. The object of the analysis is a secondary vocational school. The research respondents are the school students, parents, and the school employees. The primer means of the survey is a questionnaire. The results of the questionnaires are analyzed and recorded into a semantic differential. The final part of this thesis concentrates on final analysis of survey results. The thesis draws possible alternatives to the contemporary situation improvement.
