Bakalářská práce se zabývá současnými trendy ve fotbale. Shromažďuje poznatky o vývoji herních systémů ve fotbale od vzniku do současnosti. Analyzuje poznatky zaměřené na obrannou a útočnou fázi v moderním fotbale, specifické pro rozestavení 4-3-3. Popisuje metodiku tréninku útočného a obranného systému a jejich přechodů pro zmiňované rozestavení. V práci uvedené poznatky mohou být využity při vytváření metodického materiálu pro školení na trenérských fotbalových licencích.The bachelor´s work is focusing on the modern trends in the development in the playing systems in football from its origin to the present. It analyzes the findings focused on the defensive and offensive phase in modern footbal that are specific for the disposition 4-3-3. It describes the methodology of the training of offensive and deffensive system and their changeover for the above mentioned disposition. The findings from this bachelor´s work can be used for creating methodological material for seminars at football licence courses.
