Tato práce se zabývá problematikou komunistických politických vězňů v Uherském Hradišti. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. První je zaměřena na obecný výklad této problematiky. Přibližuje vývoj komunistického práva, hlavní orgány politických procesů, vznik a průběh procesů. Druhá část se snaží o výklad této problematiky v Uherském Hradišti. Zde jsou popsány osudy některých vězňů a jejich vyšetřovatelů. Část práce je také věnována problému, který se objevil po pádu režimu. Tím je myšlen soud mezi bývalými vyšetřovateli a jejich oběťmi.This work deals with the issue of the communist political prisoners in Uherské Hradiště. The work consists of two parts. The former focuses on the general interpretation of this issue. It shows the evolution of the communist law, the emergence and the political organs of the communist trials, as well as the way they proceeded. The latter part attempts to interpret these issues as they occurred in Uherské Hradiště. Here are described the stories of the some of the prisoners ant their interrogators. Part of this work is also devoted to the problem which emerged after the fall of the communist regime, it means the court trials between former interrogators and thein victims.
