V práci se zaměřuji na talent management a řízení kariéry v rámci středního managementu firmy Honeywell Aerospace Olomouc, a.s. Cílem je popsat aktuální stav talent managementu a řízení kariéry ve firmě a navrhnout zlepšení v těchto oblastech. V práci nejprve zachycuji terminologické ukotvení pojmů talent, talent management a řízení kariéry, které tvoří východisko pro kapitoly zabývající se deskripcí aktuálního stavu talent managementu a řízení kariéry ve firmě Honeywell a návrhem jejich zlepšení. Na základě deskripce aktuálního stavu talent managementu a řízení kariéry ve firmě provedu shrnutí a identikuji nedostatky v těchto oblastech, jejichž vyústěním je návrh zlepšení strategie talent managementu a řízení kariéry ve firmě.In the work I focus on talent management and career management within the middle management of the company Honeywell Aerospace Olomouc, a.s. The goal of the work is to describe the current situation of company"s talent management and career management and to suggest improvement in these areas. I start my work with covering the terminological frame of concepts of the talent, talent management and career management which constitute the basis of the chapters dealing with the description of current situation of talent management and career management in the company Honeywell and the suggestion for their improvement. On the basis of the current situation description I will make a summary and identify the insufficiencies of talent management and career management, the outcome out of which is the suggestion for improvement of company"s talent management and career management process.
