Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje specifickou pomoc, poskytovanou katolickou organizací Jesuit Refugee Service Malta cílové skupině migrantů na ostrově Malta v oblasti právní a sociální pomoci, a také pastorační péče. Prostředím, v němž se odehrává hlavní část jejich pomoci, jsou detenční centra. Práce Jesuit Refugee Service Malta patří ke klíčovým v pomoci cílové skupině migrantů bez dokumentů na Maltě.
