Cílem bakalářské práce je upozornit a přiblížit problematiku výskytu mobbingu v pracovněprávních vztazích a navržení obranných opatřeních v oblasti prevence a ochrany před tímto psychoterorem. Teoretická část je zaměřena na získání základních informací souvisejících s tématem mobbingu, popisuje jeho příčiny, fáze, projevy , důsledky, typologii agresora a osobnost oběti. Praktická část se zabývá konkrétním výskytem daného společensky nepřijatelného fenoménu na pracovišti. Součástí bakalářské práce je také prevence, obrana a právní ochrana související s násilím na pracovišti.The aim of my Bachelor?s thesis is to draw attention to the issue of mobbing in employment relationships, and to suggest protective measures in the field of prevention and protection against this kind of psychoterror. The theoretical part focuses on acquiring basic information related to the issue of mobbing, describes its causes, phases, manifestations, consequences, the typology of the aggressor and the personality of the victim. The practicatl part describes a particular occurence of the discussed socially unacceptable phenomenon at work. A part of the Bachelor?s thesis is also prevention, defence and legal protection related to the violence at work.
