V předložené bakalářské práci byla studována příprava nanočástic zlata redukcí. Redukce byla prováděna pomocí redukčních činidel, jako jsou tetrahydridoboritan sodný a maltosa. Sledován byl vliv koncentrace zlatité soli na velikost připravených částic a vliv pH na velikost či stabilitu připravených částic.There was studied the synthesis of gold nanoparticles by reduction in this bachelor thesis. The reduction was carried out using the reducing agents, such as sodium borohydride and maltose. There were observed the influence of reducing agent, concentration of gold (III) ions and pH to diameters or stability of prepared particles.
