Tato diplomová práce hodnotí vliv deformity hallux valgus na způsob chůze. Pomocí systému VICON MX jsme analyzovali vybrané kinematické parametry pohybu dolních končetin a pánve u 10 žen (52,3 ? 12,1 let, 165,7 ? 5,6 cm, 68,1 ? 9,4 kg) před a 3,5 měsíce po operativní korekci hallux valgus. Výsledky 3D analýzy chůze pacientů s diagnostikovanou valgózní deformitou palce ukázaly, že operativní korekce této deformity významně ovlivní vybrané parametry pohybu dolních končetin a pánve. Po operaci jsme na operované dolní končetině nalezli statisticky významně menší velikost plantární flexe v předšvihové fázi a menší velikost flexe v kolenním kloubu v průběhu stojné fáze. Operativní korekce se promítla až do pohybového chování pánevního pletence. Zaznamenali jsme zmenšení rozsahu pohybu v kyčelním kloubu ve frontální rovině i rozsahu pohybu pánve ve frontální rovině. Zařazení kinematické analýzy chůze do vyšetření u lidí s vbočeným palcem indikovaných k operativnímu zákroku může napomoct ke zlepšení pooperačního zatěžování končetin, a tím snížit počet regresí této deformity či následných reoperací.This thesis evaluates the influence of hallux valgus deformity on the way of gait. We analyzed selected kinematic parameters of the movement of the lower extremities and pelvis in 10 women (52.3 ? 12.1 years, weight = 68.1 ? 9.4 kg, height = 165.7 ? 5.6 cm) using the VICON MX system before and 3.5 months after the operative correction of the hallux valgus. The results of 3D gait analysis of patients diagnosed with hallux valgus deformity showed that operative correction of the deformity significantly affects the movement of the selected parameters of the lower limbs and pelvis. We found a statistically significant lower extent of the ankle plantar flexion in preswing phase and a significant decrease in the extent of the knee flexion during the stance phase on the operated leg after surgery. Operative correction was reflected in the motor behavior of the pelvic girdle. We noted a reduced range of motion in the hip joint in the frontal plane and a decreased range of motion of the pelvis in the frontal plane. Classification of the kinematic gait analysis in the examination of people with hallux valgus indicated for operative intervention can be developed to improve postoperative limb loading, thereby reducing the amount of regression of the deformity and subsequent operations.
