V diplomové práci s názvem orgány obcí, charakteristika a jejich vzájemné vztahy se na začátku zabývám vymezením pojmů, které souvisejí s tímto tématem, a to veřejná správa, samospráva a územní samospráva. Následuje vymezení pojmu obec, její pravomoci a působnosti. Jádrem diplomové práce je charakteristika jednotlivých orgánů obce, vymezení jejich pravomoci a působnosti a to jak v rámci přenesené působnosti, tak působnosti samostatné. Práce je koncipována tak, že první tři kapitoly jsou zaměřeny teoreticky a jsou převážně popisné. Kapitoly, tvořící jádro diplomové práce, obsahují vymezení orgánů obce v teoretické rovině, která je doplněna praktickými poznatky a příklady z konkrétní obce, města Golčův Jeníkov.In the thesis called Municipal authorities, their features and mutual relations, throughout the introduction I deal with the basic terms related to this topic. These are the following terms: public administration, self-government and municipal authorities. The definition of municipality, its authority and jurisdiction are included. The core of the thesis is the characteristics of the bodies of the municipality, their authority and jurisdiction both within the separate authority of municipality and the delegated authority of municipality. The thesis is drafted so that the first three chapters are devoted to the theory and are largely descriptive. The chapters which form the core of the thesis contain the definitions of the bodies of the municipality at the theoretical level, which is supplemented by practical knowledge and examples of a specific municipality Golčův Jeníkov.
