Cílem této práce bylo zjistitit efekt vakuum-kompresní terapie (VKT) na hojení bércového vředu se zaměřením na ulcerace venózní etiologie. Byla hodnocena účinnost terapie na změnu velikosti plochy vředu, změnu velikosti perimaleolárního otoku a na změnu intenzity bolesti po 4-5 týdnech konvenční terapie doplněné o VKT.The objective of the thesis was to find the effect of Vacuum-Compression Therapy (VCT) on crural ulcer healing with focus on ulceration of venous etiology. The evaluation included the therapeutic effect on the change in the ulcer area, change in the perimaleolar oedema size and the change in pain intensity after 4-5 weeks of conventional therapy enriched by VCT.
