Tato diplomová práce se zabývá neuropsychologickým zjištěním u tří poruch řeči ? vývojové dysfázie, opožděného vývoje řeči a dyslalie. Teoreticky vychází z neuropsychologické koncepce Alexandra Romanoviče Luriji. Teoretická část práce pojednává o terminologii, etiologii, symptomatologii, diagnostice a terapii jmenovaných poruch, o struktuře řečové činnosti podle Alexandra Romanoviče Luriji, vývojové neuropsychologii a vyšetření NEPS. Praktická část práce využívá kvalitativní přístup. Jejím jádrem jsou případové studie tří šestiletých chlapců, z nichž každému byla diagnostikována jedna ze tří jmenovaných poruch řeči. Zaobírá se výsledky neropsychologického vyšetření NEPS a dalších pomocných metod, které byly v případových studiích aplikovány. Zjištění z případových studií vzájemně porovnává. Dále odpovídá na otázku, co nám vyšetření NEPS může v souvislosti s poruchami řeči poskytnout a jak se vzájemně doplňuje s metodou WISC-III.This thesis deals with the neuropsychological findings in three speech disorders - developmental dysphasia, delayed speech development and dyslalia. Theoretically, it is based on neuropsychological concept by Alexandr Romanovič Luria. The theoretical part deals with the terminology, etiology, symptoms, diagnosis and treatment of disorders mentioned, the structure of the speech activity by Alexandr Romanovič Luria, developmental neuropsychology and the examinations NEPS. The practical part uses a qualitative approach. It is focused on case studies of three six years old boys, each of whom has been diagnosed with one of three designated speech disorders. It explores the results of neuropsychological examinations NEPS and other auxiliary methods that were applied in the case studies. It compares the findings from case studies each other. Furthermore, the practical part of the thesis answers the question of what the examinations NEPS can provide in connection with speech disorders and how the NEPS are complemented by the method WISC-III.
